Patrice Nganang will no longer be presented to the prosecutor of the Yaounde Criminal Court this Thursday morning as announced yesterday by his defense.
Sources close to the record indicate, in fact, that the Cameroonian writer was reported to have been sent to Kondengui prison yesterday.
Yesterday Wednesday, the Attorney General had announced to the defense that the file of the writer should be forwarded this Thursday to the prosecutor of the court of first instance of Yaounde.
Arrested on December 6 at the Douala airport, the author of "Temps de chien" was initially accused of forgery and use of forgery, illegal immigration and contempt of the President of the Republic. This last count will be withdrawn a few days later.

The reason given by the Attorney General would be that the record no longer contained a criminal offense to believe Mr. Simh the lawyer of the writer.
