MINDEF, Jospeh Beti Assomo, chaired yesterday in Yaounde the end of training at EIFORCES for these officers of the army and police.

The International School of Security Forces (EIFORCES), supervised for five months, 17 officers of the army and the national police. These executives who took part in the 7th training course of the staff diploma of the security forces, came from three countries namely Cameroon, Congo and Chad.

They received their parchments yesterday in Yaounde, during a ceremony chaired by the Minister Delegate for the Presidency in charge of Defense (MINDEF), Joseph Beti Assomo, Chairman of the Board of Directors of EIFORCES.
Army Reshuffle: New Operational Frameworks
It is therefore a new batch of "credible interlocutors" in peace support operations that are now operational. They were submitted, as recalled by the Director General of EIFORCES, Brigadier General André Patrice Bitote, at the rigor of a demanding and up-to-date course.

From now on, these officers are able to "analyze, decide, communicate and act, in a synergistic work for the promotion of peace in their respective countries and in the world".

Especially in an environment where new forms of rebellion are born, along with religious extremism and terrorism. Threats that are imposed on several countries of the sub-region and which require a combination of means.

As such, Joseph Beti Assomo has mandated the laureates, a major contribution in the safeguarding and restoration of peace and stability in Central Africa and around the world where these officers may be called to serve. In addition, MINDEF reminded these executives of the need to update their knowledge in order to be effective.

On a different note, the EIFORCES PCA hailed the rise of the institution, which, by delivering this other promotion to the Security Forces Staff Diploma course, reinforces its credibility and influence in Africa. And in the world. This, thanks to international partners such as France, the United States, China, the United Nations, etc.
