For the circumstance His Excellency MBELLA MBELLA was assisted by Mr. Felix MBAYU, Secretary General of the Ministry of External Relations in the presence of certain collaborators including the Director America and a representative of the Directorate of Communication, Documentation and Diplomatic Archives of the Department.
On the agenda of the talks, there was talk of raising issues of common interest between our two countries and making them an appropriate review.
