Oeas Seeks Halt To Ambazonia Violence

Ambazonia, a founding member of the OEAS, is in the midst of a life and death struggle with the Republic of Cameroun. 

For Immediate Release – Urgent Bulletin

In response to the summary executions, torture, use of military tribunals, and attacks on unarmed civilians in Ambazonia by the military forces of Cameroun, OEAS has petitioned the European Union High Representative for Foreign Affairs, Federica Mogherini for assistance in abating escalation of violence.

OEAS proposes a three-point interim solution to be implemented immediately in Ambazonia:

Immediate release from jail of all Ambazonian self-determination activists with safe passage to a third country;

All Camerounian military and paramilitary forces to stand down and return to their barracks;
A suspension of the use of military tribunals by the Republic of Cameroun against Ambazonians.

With the above proposals to be implemented through a conference to take place as soon as possible between representatives of Ambazonia and Cameroun chaired by the European Union
