On Friday, March 02, 2018, President Paul Barthélemy Biya'a Bi Mvondo of the republic signed important decrees on ministerial redeployment and creation of new ministerial departments.
One of the curiosities of this ministerial readjustment was the exit of the Director of the Cabinet Civil to the presidency, Martin Belinga Eboutou who will be replaced by Samuel Ayolo Mvondo, Cameroon's ambassador to France.
Since the release of this decree, the information that comes to us from the palace state that the former DCC (Director of the Civil Cabinet) refuses to leave the second floor housing the Civil Cabinet at the tower of the presidential palace of Etoudi.
His refusal to release the offices embarrasses the staff of the Civil Cabinet by not starting the new entrant. Martin Belinga Eboutou who occupies an office not far from the new DCC estimates that he expects to be received by the president Paul Barthélemy Biya'a Bi Mvondo, which implies that he would like to have the explanations of President Paul Biya.
The presidency is in a total embarrassment, a consequence of the governance of sharing the cake, with leaders not in the service of the people, but for their personal interests, which justifies their inability to leave the business, some considering the administration as their properties.
