The lack of transparency in MIDA's methods could complicate the operations of repayment of sums extorted. 

The modalities for disbursing funds to MIDA are unclear. Difficult to evaluate the amounts paid by the "learners" as the amounts to be paid vary between the different promotions.

The registration fee is 12,000 FCFA. To this, the trainee adds 13,000 FCFA representing the cost of purchasing documents and training gadgets. Of the 25,000 FCFA of initial expenditure, the trainee received at the end 65,000 FCFA.

But the money received was immediately reinvested by young people with the prospect of winning more. Each reinvestment had to be multiplied by ten. Because, according to the testimonies of the victims, by reinvesting the 65,000, the trainee expected a payment of 600,000 FCFA one month later. Easy luring bait helping, most reinvested the 65,000 to earn more.

It was then a real breaker. Young people and adults would either lend money or mortgage the property to cash in on these curious multipliers of banknotes. But the expected payments began to wait until the administrative authority seized the file and hisses the end of the project, waiting to clarify things. But how are we going to reimburse the victims, who for the most part do not have payment receipts and all the related expenses?

In any case, the government will have to assume its responsibilities to carry out this instruction of the Head of the State which does not wish to see settle a situation of depression among the population which is majority victim of this mafia operation. This situation could, in the long run, create a climate of tension and undermine the peace and security of the country as it is put to the test in some parts of the country.

At five months of the presidential election, a discontent of 8000 young people represented a symbolic capital for politicians on the lookout for some flaws to rush into and build a campaign argument. By deciding to master this departure of fire, the government cut the grass under the feet of some fishermen in troubled water.
